When word reached him of strange religious practices in the small village of Lake in the Hills, located in The Vintage, he didn’t hesitate to travel there. Upon arriving, he soon realized that not everything was as it seemed.
Evil lurked nearby, and its embrace threatened not only the village but, if left unchecked, might endanger The Vintage as well. Sadly, Karl was not swift enough to escape and soon found himself caught in this growing evil’s grip. His life was lost due to his curiosity, making him just another victim in the plot.
Worried and unaware of her husband’s fate, Karl’s wife now seeks answers. She hires a group of adventurers to find him and uncover what the future holds. As they follow Karl’s trail, they hear unsettling rumors emanating from the area.
Embrace is a journey into the heart of an evil plot. Something strange is happening, and long-held beliefs are being twisted to serve evil purposes. How the characters accomplish their mission and handle the looming crisis is another story altogether...
